Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients:

10.6 oz jar Organic Tahini (with the oil on top included; used Trader Joe’s brand)

8 oz bag of Coconut chips (used Trader Joe’s brand)

2 scoops collagen peptides (used Thrive Market brand)

8 pitted Medjool dates

2 Tbsp ground flax seeds

3 Tbsp coconut flour (used Thrive Market brand)

1 tsp sea salt

3oz chocolate bar, chopped (85% cacao or higher)

Directions:
Pulse coconut chips in food processor or high speed blender until it becomes liquified (alternatively, you can purchase pre-made coconut manna/butter and use 1 cup). Add in tahini, collagen, flax, dates, sea salt and coconut flour. Pulse until all comes together. Transfer to a bowl and stir in chopped chocolate bar. Put in fridge until hard enough to scoop and make balls. Transfer back to fridge to harden and store. Enjoy and share with friends 😊 .
